Refund and Return Policy
- Overview
At Innvopage, we prioritize transparency, satisfaction, and quality delivery across all our service categories. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services paid through our online payment gateways.
Due to the nature of digital marketing and human capital services, all payments are final unless otherwise outlined below.
- Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental payment
- Unauthorized transaction (reported within 7 days)
- Cancellation before service delivery or project initiation
- Service failure due to internal fault (with proper documentation)
- Service-Specific Refund Terms
- Web Design & Development
- Full refund if cancellation is requested before work begins.
- Prepaid Plans: Partial refund (50%) if only initial planning or wireframes have been delivered.
- No refund once full design/development is underway or completed.
- Customized Plans: For all customized services, if the client chooses to cancel the project within five (5) business days from the official start date, a partial refund equal to 50% of the advance payment will be processed. After this window, all advance payments become non-refundable due to resource allocation and service planning.
- SEO Services
- SEO involves long-term strategy and effort. No refunds will be issued once a campaign has started.
- If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and no work has begun, a partial refund (less administrative fees) may be considered.
- Social Media Marketing
- Campaigns are scheduled/planned in advance. Refunds are not available once content is created or scheduling begins.
- Refunds may be issued only if no deliverables have been provided and no account access has been granted.
- PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Ad budget payments are non-refundable as they are paid directly to platforms.
- Our management fees are refundable only if campaign setup hasn’t started.
- No refund if campaign is live or performance expectations aren’t met due to uncontrollable market factors.
- Manpower Solutions / IT Staffing
- No refunds once resumes have been shared or candidate sourcing has begun.
- If service is canceled before sourcing begins, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs.
- IT Services (Tech Support, Software, Maintenance, etc.)
- Time-based support (e.g., AMC, hourly tech help) is non-refundable once hours are consumed.
- Project-based services may be eligible for refund if no work has commenced and cancellation occurs within 2 business days of payment.
- Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service starts
- Dissatisfaction based on unrealistic or non-agreed expectations
- Failure to utilize the purchased service within a specific time window
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., not providing necessary materials or approvals).
- Performance-based dissatisfaction after services were delivered as agreed.
- Non-usage of purchased service packages.
- Refund Process

- Transaction ID / Proof of Payment
- Description of service purchased and reason for request
- Supporting documentation or screenshots (if applicable)
Processing Time:
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first is a violation of this policy and may result in suspension of services and legal action. We are always happy to help resolve legitimate concerns amicably.
- Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
